Plumbing service in Los Gatos
Los Gatos has an unusually wide range of housing types for a single town. The historic downtown and near-downtown areas include Victorians, Craftsmans, and older single-family homes with original supply systems still in service. These are the homes where a repipe or a partial repipe often becomes the right conversation — rusty water, pinhole copper leaks, or steadily declining pressure are all signals.
Up in the Los Gatos hillsides, the housing shifts to newer construction on steep lots. Water pressure at the top of the delivery zone can be marginal, pressure regulators do more work, and slab-on-grade construction is common. We check the regulator and static pressure as part of any diagnostic here — pressure issues at altitude aren't always the pipe itself.
Sewer laterals in the older Los Gatos neighborhoods run through mature landscaping. Roots find every joint and crack, and a repeat main-line clog is often the pipe telling you it needs a real look with a camera, not another snaking.
Los Gatos is a bit further from our San Jose base than Campbell, but it's a regular route. Call for scheduling — same-week service is normal for non-emergency work.
